Who We Are

We Group was born from a shared vision of redefining the live events landscape. In 2014, Nick Morgan and Rob Dudley co-founded The Fair, a festival production agency dedicated to delivering high-quality, large-scale events. Over time, our expertise expanded, and we evolved into We Group, bringing together three complementary divisions: We Are The Fair, We Are Placemaking, and We Are Ops. Today, we are a team of over 30 dedicated professionals, delivering extraordinary events across the UK and internationally.

We are advocates for the events industry, passionate about supporting independent promoters, and committed to championing best practices in production, operations and safety. Our dedication extends beyond events – we actively contribute to industry-wide initiatives, mentor emerging talent, and advocate for the sustainability of festivals and public events.
